Do We Offer Free Shipping
Yes! We offer FREE TRACKED SHIPPING for all Orders over $99! All Postage is tracked. We want to make sure you get your order, so feel reassured you WILL receive a tracking number once we have processed your order and free shipping for orders over $99 AUD (total must be after any discounts have been applied)! & $149 AUD International.

My order hasn't arrived yet?
An order cannot be declared missing until 30 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends) and note we ALWAYS SEND A TRACKING NUMBER! So please check to see where your parcel is. And have allowed for unexpected delays with the postal services. If it has gone past the expected delivery date, please contact us beachbohoau@gmail.com and we'll get back to you asap!

Will I have to pay duties/custom tax?
Unfortunately, in some countries you are liable to pay extra duties/tax on orders. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
How do begin the returns process?
We understand that things can go wrong with online shopping, so we have kept our returns process as simple as possible! If you head on over to our Returns Page fill out and submit the attached form, a member from our returns team will be in contact with you shortly.
Can I get a refund on a clearance item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund on clearance items Or Anklets, Toe Rings, Earrings (Due to Health Regulations)
Also Gift Certificates are non-refundable
