An order cannot be declared missing until 30 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends) and note we ALWAYS SEND A TRACKING NUMBER! So please check to see where your parcel is. And have allowed for unexpected delays with the postal services. If it has gone past the expected delivery date, please contact us email@example.com and we'll get back to you asap!

Can I get a refund on a clearance item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund on clearance items Or Anklets, Toe Rings, Earrings (Due to Health Regulations)
